Do you know if there is a fitbess center in VRSA or arround ?
I am looking also for a olace that offer Sauna/ infra red Sauna.

Hi Michele
There are a few gyms and pilates/yoga places around the town as I see them when out walking. As for a sauna there are a few hotels in Monte Gordo who may have sauna and pool available during the winter. Best to google and phone for details.
I may start up a Walk & Talk group here in Vila Real if there is enough interest.
