Hi there,
There is a dealer in Vila Real de Santo Antonio who was a big help to me. Bike Box opposite Continente and Pingo Doce near the edge of the town. He gets good reviews. The alternative is Decathlon in Faro for new stuff. They deliver for a charge (Euro 29?) but if you buy there you could carry it on the train.
