We are looking for a house cleaner and/or handyman to look after our house whilst we are back in the UK.

We have a three bed town house in Pera.

Can anyone recommend a cleaner for our 3 bed house in Pera.

Probably once per month but could be more at high season.

Also to do occasional laundry of bed sheets and towels.

Needs to be local between Albufeira and Armacao de Pera.

We have a second home in Algarve and want to change our electric supplier. Currently with Endesa.

The million dollar question is does anyone know of a more competitive supplier they could recommend.

Also how easy is it to change supplier?

We have a 3 bed town house in a small gated resort of apartments and houses.

We are being ask a very high price to use the communal pool area by the company that run the resort - 1800 euros per annum.

Does this seem high to you or is this normal practice?

I need to get some comparisons so any help with this would be grateful.

Seaguls keep coming to our property and using our pool do do laps in ! 

How can i safely get rid of them, they are pooping all over the place and I am worried about them spreading diseases which could be harmful to our kids.
