We have a 3 bed town house in a small gated resort of apartments and houses.
We are being ask a very high price to use the communal pool area by the company that run the resort - 1800 euros per annum.
Does this seem high to you or is this normal practice?
I need to get some comparisons so any help with this would be grateful.

Is there not a condiminium company that manages the estate? They should organise best price, as owners you need to make them responsibile to get the best deals and make sure they are not putting their own mark up on top of the management fees they charge you. they should give you detailed breakdown of accounts every year as well.
