Hi All,
Can anyone recommend a cleaner for our 3 bed house in Pera.
Probably once per month but could be more at high season.
Also to do occasional laundry of bed sheets and towels.
Needs to be local between Albufeira and Armacao de Pera.

I would appreciate any advice as to best approach for applying for residency
My wife and I own a property in Albuferia and for the past 7/8 years spend roughly 5 months per year in Portugal normally 30 day visits.
As we are subject to the 90 day rule we understand We should apply for residency
Any advice would be greatly app
