Lost on Praia da Oura Beach, Albufeira, on Tuesday 16th September at approx 10.30am. Large white metal pear shaped engagement type ring with 9 white stones. Been in family for over 30 years and has extremely sentimental value... my mum is very upset as the ring is irreplaceable therefore there is a reward offered for its return. Unfortunately ring lost in sea to the right of the rope in the vicinity of the water sport/boat hire hut.

Lost gold men’s signet ring whilst swimming in the sea in Albufeira. Not valuable but of sentimental value as it belonged to my grand and then father. Rose gold with initials ‘RM’ engraved. 

Kia Ceed 5 door petrol 2008 car, done 150000km. Fully taxed and IMT inspected till end June 2025. We bought in 2021 and have enjoyed 25000 trouble-free km with annual servicing. Car has 4 nearly new tyres ( and get you home tyre). Dark grey bodywork and interior is in good condition.

It is in Albufeira but we can show/test drive from 1st April. A photo on request

Myself and my partner are planning to move to Albufeira in the coming months. On arrival, can we get a 6/12 month rental lease and/or open a bank account during the first three months, i.e. prior to obtaining permanent residency?

There’s a leak in two wooden velux windows @ two plastic ones, I need them repaired or replaced, it’s the area of farm village albufeira, 

Any recommendations would be most grateful & appreciated.
