Where can I get a Covid test for travel

Hi All, does anyone know where I can get a Covid test for travel purposes in and around Lagos?

Behind the Camara in Lagos there's a green square surrounded on three sides by units. One of those is called Marina Clinical laboratory (or something like that).
Make an appointment and it'll cost you €100.
