... you Portugal are only allowing Citizens and legal residents of Portugal or other EU state to enter, however, Ryanair were not checking this at check in. Although the gov.uk guidelines say you don’t need, and Ryanair do not tell you that you do need, a Negative Covid test they were not allowing anyone to board without one. They were however accepting NHS tests, but to be honest I would not risk this unless you are prepared to be refused boarding!
