Hi - Does anyone have any idea as to how long it is taking to get a UK driving licence exchanged at the moment, please?

I applied in Jan (within 3 months of becoming Portuguese resident) to the IMT exchange e-mail address and again via the new web portal. I received a reference number from IMT and have followed up via email, but no response.

Is 6/7 weeks a normal or valid period? Any suggestions of how to resolve this will be appreciated.

My husband was told that it is going to be a long wait. The system they had could not cold and at last contact was told they are processing June. The UK licence is ok til Dec 2022 now
