We have a property in Ferragudo and have just been informed we have a broken boiler that needs to be replaced. It is leaking water onto the floor and into the hall due to age possible 15 years I would say we need a new one asap. Any help is apo

Hi my brother is an active retiree and moving summer 2023 to Ferragudo. He is going to keep a boat in the area.
