How easy is it to get tiling work in Albufeira for a English tiler

If you are a professional tiler there is plenty of work available and expats do like English speaking workers but if you are from the UK do you have residency in Portugal? Obviously post-Brexit you can’t just go over and work there unless you have a suitable visa. Sorry if I am stating something obvious you already know all about.
