Does anyone know a good seamstress to make loose sofa covers please?

I wish to find someone who can make me loose covers for two sofas and an armchair. 

I have fabric and can get more in UK or happy to buy in Portugal.

Must be loose covers for washing purposes, I have grandchildren who make a mess!!

There must be a host of rental homes out there who use this facility so would appreciate where to source please!   Thank you guys
