Lost: Beach tivoli Vilamoura

My niece was on the beach with her friends last night and left her bag down and within minutes her bag was gone , it’s a green coach bag of huge sentimental importance any information I would really appreciate thank you , please if anyone has seen this bag in Vilamoura this morning throw somewhere I would be so grateful ,
