... that could handle everything, that would be ideal.  We will need help in identifying properties and being able to visit the properties and give us a virtual walkthrough on Whatsapp, set up closing and complete the transaction.

She and her team have made my planned permanent move to the Algarve (in Jan 2024) almost painless and helped (or completed for me) most of the things needed.

This help include the following :-

- Property purchase - I sent a list of requirements and they organised 3 separate days, full of visits via multiple selling agents.  Nuno organised the visits and drove me around each day, giving additional advice above the information from the selling agents.  I am sure a WhatsApp tour will not be a problem for him.

- Full purchase process - given power of attorney to complete the process for me [ COVID Travel restrictions ] ( I just signed a few documents and paid the bills).

- Pre-BREXIT residency application (still ongoing due to backlog - I now have an appointment for biometric data taking on 29 Nov and will be assisted there by Natacha from the office)

- Temporary residency process via local Town Hall - valid for 5 years.

- Opening bank account - all paperwork ready, I just arrived at the bank with my passport and sign the documents (all done in 10 minutes).

- Power contract - just signed completed forms

- House insurance - just signed completed forms

- Will - I gave my requirements in English and they prepared a will in Portuguese and the meeting to register it at the Notary's Office.

- Annual tax return - they submit it on my behalf for the property I own (I am still income tax resident in NL)

As you can see from the above list, they go the extra mile with everything I have asked of them and pointed me in the right direction on the few things they could not help with.
