Quotes needed to replace or service Air Con (hot and cold) solar and gas boiler

I think I need a replacement AirCon compressor which services 4 heat and cold indoor units in my house in Manta Rota. An engineer from VRSA came to service/maintain the AC system and said he needed to order apart for the compressor. Not heard from his company since despite several phone calls/texts. The sustem is 20 years old so the compressor probably does need replacing. The same applies to the solar and the gas boiler which are also 20 years old (installed when the house was built). The gas boiler is only used as a top up in the winter for the solar powered hot water supply. It is not used for cooking or heating. I really need some good, honest and sensible advice please. The AC compressor is on the flat roof. Please help.
