Intruder - taking pictures

Hello. Today this person decided that he thought it was acceptable to climb into my garden and take pictures. I was away and my wife was at home alone. He drives a grey fiat 500. In his 60’s/70’s. I’m unclear of the implications of tresspass but would appreciate some help/advice. If anybody recognises him or knows who it might be. I’d be happy to have a conversation with him.
