Visiting / Looking for Ex Pat groups to meet

Hello
My name is Michael and I will be visiting the Algarve region from April 1st ,26 thru April 10th, 26. I will be in Albufeira on April 2nd for a couple of days then headed over to Tavira around the 5th of April.
I am looking to possibly move to the Algarve region and would love to meet some people who currently live there.
I understand there are some groups on Facebook but I am not on FB. Any information that can be provided here Would be so greatly appreciated.
