Why don't you hire an interpreter? Remember you are in Portugal. I can't imagine a Portuguese speaking client writing a similar post if he was living abroad.

 I think hiring an interpreter would be using a hammer to smash a nut. While I understand your point, Maysa, it can be really hard to communicate fluently when you first come to Portugal, in Portuguese. There are a lot of Portugueuse in the Algarve who do speak English so I don’t think the OP's request meant they were being insensitive to learning the language.
