Yesterday I hired Chris Murphy to re-install a toilet that had not been properly installed by the previous “plumber.” Chris did an amazing job pointing out not only the deficiencies of the previous hack installation, but he explained each step as he proceeded with the reinstallation. The previous poor installation resulted in a putrid stench each time the toilet was flushed. Our bathroom now has the sweet scent of a flower shop. We also had a problem with a loose shower mechanism that had been installed by the same previous “plumber”. Chris discovered the cause of the looseness and fixed it.
