We all make mistakes. However, if you're genuine I suggest give the most detailed possible considerations, especially photographs, exact location, acreage, proximity to Lagos etc?

The best consideration is to visit to see in reality, all the talk in the world won't compare to the real thing, so if you are genuinely interested, I can arrange the real thing not just pictures.

Niall, in any similar situation, surely the intending purchaser would want answers to some basic questions befire he/she wiuld go to the trouble of visiting the farm;

Where is it in relation to Oxidiere?

What is the asreage and what is it used for at present?

What condition is the house in and what are its accommodation stats?

I know Meia Praia is just down the road but just how far down the road?

Thank you and you are right to an extent, if you were living overseas or a long way away.

However I am serious and only want genuine interested people coming to view,  I am in-between Odiaxere and Meia Praia and as you are obviously aware Odiaxere is quite close to Lagos.

I am not in any hurry to sell but it is available to purchase
