Opinions on corona virus safety

Can someone in this area please advise on R numbers at present? We are supposed to be coming out this Thursday And cannot find an up to date situation on this virus in the Algarve. All figures include the Lisbon area and that is miles away.

We want to come to this lovely area, to our home, to Support local business, the opening up of Portugal to non quarantine makes this now a busy destination which as its good and bad sides. 

Can anyone please advise us how things are in Luz, Lagos, and if there are cases are they caused by tourists, in which case we wont be welcome??😢
