Found: I found a black men's bifold wallet in Lagos today

The wallet has an EU driving license (not Portuguese) and at least some cash in it. I haven't looked at the other contents of the wallet or counted the cash. I found the wallet on the ground in a parking lot.
I'll be in Lagos through Thursday, October 17. I'll turn the wallet in to the local police if I don't hear anything in the next day or two.
