Who has knowledge to get Satellite Dish for TV working again

I got a 2 Satellite Dishes for UK and Germany TV installed. They were working perfectly for months until I did not get any Signal anymore. Cables looking ok and the receiver is working. Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.
