Risk assessment for children's home holiday

Hi, 

I work at a children's home and we are looking to come to Praia da Luz for a holiday over the coming months. I've been tasked with creating risk assessments and finding all the amenities in the area. I am wondering if you lovely people may be able to help? When I try to google things about the local police, sadly Google only seems to flag up the McCann case! I need to know names, locations and phone numbers of local police station/s. Is there an equivalent to social services out there? Is there an equivalent to missing children's team out there? Hoping someone may be able to help.
