Recommendations garden redevelopment

Hi, we have a rural property on the outskirts of Armacao and are looking to redesign the outside space to incorporate a hot tub or plunge pool, outdoor kitchen, and patio area and repaint the exterior of the house. We need someone to help us design, gain necessary permissions and complete the work.  And as we don't live in Portugal full-time oversee when we aren't here, communicating with us regularly. Any recommendations please....need to be English speaking as sadly our Portuguese is pitiful at the moment! Thanks.  Sue
