Travelling to Alvor

Hi we are due to travel to Alvor next Saturday but if we do we will have to quarantine when we return to the UK

We can do this but before we make a decision we are trying to find out what the situation is in Alvor for instance are restaurants etc open for business ?

We do t want to spend a week locked in a apartment followed two weeks quarantine
