We would just like to thank you for the info on Joe Gaddes.
We rent out our apartment, and have just had the guest from hell, who has caused black mould to form on the walls & ceilings of our place, so now we have to repaint the interior before any new guests arrive.

Sounds like you might have a problem with damp…painting might only be a temporary fix.
