I'm looking for dog training for a 2 year old yorkshire who cannot walk without running and choking herself. She also wants to attack every single dog that walks past her, even if its a large dog.

Hi did anyone get back to you?, we havent moved over to the algarve yet, but we intend to, i have 2 very small poms and one of them, sounds like yours, tried doggy groups,etc, but they are to old to be trained now, ours are 9, but very small, still look like puppies.Just trying to answer your question. hopefully, somone will come along soon.
