Fibre or 5G

Hi,

It is too early to offer advice (and more info needed on current usage).

You need to note which of the NOS and 5G/4G functions you use, for what - and at what cost.

Then compare those to the cost of doing the same ( or better ) on the offered fibre packages.

( TV will 'probably' be more reliable, Internet access from computers and phones will be faster. - phone calls will remain the same via handset  )

Once you have the costs of the fibre, you can ask yourself these questions :-

- Does the cost of the fibre package seem good value for the benefits you will get?

- Can you cancel your NOS and/or Vodafone contracts without fines??

We kept our Vodafone contract for UK use, We have Meo for PT, we went fibre and the speed was amazing over 500megabytes / sec in and 120 Mg going out Worth the extra cost if you use a computer a lot.

How much is fibre per month? We have just bought in Vilamoura

Hi We are with MEO It was 49.9 euros a month but we pay another 7.9 euros extra which gives 300 minutes anytime to ring Europe / month.We also have a UK vodofone mobile which costs 20 euros/ month so friends can ring us Had the same no 30 plus years. The fibre is fantastic 500 plus receiving and 130 upload.
