This may sound like an unusual request, but for my holiday treats, I need Devils Food and Lemon cake mixes. I have looked at a few of my local stores and didn't find any....

are you near an ‘Apolonia’ supermarket? They have the english ‘Betty Crocker’ cake mixes. And tubs of the ganache. Bit expensive but lovely treat!! But all super
markets have bags of cake mix with the flour. You could try the ‘The Food Company’ in Guia or Portimao too. Look up English to Portuguese translate so you know what you want. But most peoplespeak a little english. Good luck and enjoy your cake!!
