recommendations for villa management companies

We use Azul properties, Richard Mills in Bouliqueme. They are really good and when we come to the Algarve our villa is always spotless and the gardens and pool are well maintained. Richard is very helpful and if there is a problem he gets it sorted unlike some management companies.

No we don't rent it out from them, they just do the management.

Thats so helpful. Thank you for replying. Does Richard sort out problems eg. with your car insurance, mot.  Do you mind saying how much you pay? i assume we would set up a monthly payment and give him a float to pay for on going repairs/bills etc.

I am not sure if they would do that, but they have a very efficient secretary, that sorts out lots of issues as required.
